Hot Chocolate!

Connor and I discussed a 5K last fall.  Ugly sweater run or Hot Chocolate…not a difficult decision for either of us.  We ran for Chocolate!  We were set for a repeat of this fun run for Ronald McDonald house charity yesterday.  Instead of running beside Connor, God surrounded me and our entire family with loving friends as we hurdled another “first” without him.  It was a glorious day, as Carter would say, for being outside!  It was 63 degrees in St. Louis on December 14th!  Team “Connor” came out to show honor to their friend, brother, cousin, and nephew.  It was a “first” 5K for most all of our team!  Congrats to you!  Our family has been blessed and are thankful!  “Be devoted to one another in love.  Honor one another above yourselves.”  Romans 12:10  Peace, love and hot chocolate!
