In this season of thanksgiving, we are offering you essential knowledge about what you must do to be prepared, as your child becomes an 18+ adult.  Our gift back through the loss of our 19 year old son.  EVERY adult should have this information.  Prepare versus repair.  We will have an attorney present to answer legal questions as well as the insurance agent that walked us through.  Reality check. If your child is hurt and unconscious, you as parents of an 18 year old adult have NO say in their care until and IF they wake up to give you Power of Attorney. This is due to Privacy laws in place since 2012 and is only ONE topic we are covering THIS Tuesday evening at 7pm at the Mannie Jackson Center for the Humanities located at 1210 North Main Street, Edwardsville, IL  62025. Please bring your 18+ son or daughter to hear THESE privileges of being an adult.
