I can only imagine!

I can’t even begin to fathom experiencing Easter from Heaven.  What a joyous difference from last year for our dear son with Jesus! I can only imagine what Easter is like from Connor’s perspective. He actually sees the slain and risen Lord.  I can just see he and his brother in Christ Jordan, singing, dancing and shouting “This is righteous!  It’s all true!”

Remember that whatever good and beauty we experience here is just a tiny glimmer of the good and beauty to come. Don’t ever feel bad that our loved ones are missing out on something here. They are not missing out on anything. We continue to miss out until we experience the fullness of God’s grace, peace, joy and beauty. It is okay to feel bad for ourselves that we grieve and that we wish our loved ones were here to enjoy it with us, but know that they are not missing out on a thing. I know that God’s got Connor. He’s fine.  He knew his savior died and rose again for his eternal life.  Our sins are forgiven, not from our works, but because Christ gave his life, for our sinful lives, so that we may have eternal life, through Him.  Thanks be to God!  He has risen!  He has risen indeed!  Hallelujah!
